Refund policy

At BINQ OFFICIAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help you with our updated return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, exchange, or claim, please ensure that:

Timeframe: The request must be made within 2 days of delivery. No requests will be entertained after this period.

Mandatory Video Proof: You must record a continuous, unedited package opening video starting from the sealed parcel to the revealing of the product. No video, no claim, no refund.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and barcodes intact.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or email/SMS confirmation.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, we sincerely apologize. However, to protect against fraud, we strictly follow these rules:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must send the unboxing/package opening video to talhamehfooz5@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 03707723247.

Note: If the package opening video is missing, blurry, or edited, your claim will be rejected immediately.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and promotional reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Items purchased on Clearance Sale or Flash Sales.

Personal care, beauty products, cosmetics, or innerwear.

Items that show signs of use, alteration, or are missing original parts.

4. Exchange Options

We offer size or color exchanges (subject to stock availability). Once your return is received at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will ship your new item.

5. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on its condition.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Item: If the claim is verified via the package opening video, we will cover 100% of the shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges to our warehouse in Sahiwal, Pakistan.
